The park consists of two parts - A and B. Part A is an area of 6.7 ha. In this area there is the Prince's Pond and the Dzierżęcinka River. It is the oldest part of the park, once called the Old Promenade. Part B has an area of 3.5 ha. Among other things, the Amur cork, Babylonian willow, black walnut and many other natural monuments grow here.
