Copyright Infringement Notification

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to us. The counter-notification must include the following information:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original copyright infringement notification.

  • Please note that submitting a counter-notification may lead to the reinstatement of the removed material and the restoration of access to it.

Upon receipt of a counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original copyright infringement notification. If that party does not file a court action within 14 days, we may reinstate the removed material.

Trademark Infringement

If you believe that a trademark to which you hold rights is being used on Lookcam in a manner that infringes upon your rights, you may submit a trademark infringement notification to us. This notification must include the following information:

  • Identification of the trademark that you believe is being infringed.
  • Information about the trademark registration (e.g., registration number, country of registration).
