Our culture
We're a small, self-directed team that values craftsmanship, ownership of our work and a short path from idea to shipping. We work remotely, asynchronously, and focus on real outcomes rather than hours at a desk. We believe in clear communication, mutual respect and continuous learning.
How we hire
- Intro call — we get to know each other and talk about the role and the product.
- A practical task or a review of your portfolio / past work.
- A technical interview and a conversation about how you work with a team.
- Decision and offer — usually within a few days of the last stage.
What we're looking for
We hire across the areas that drive the platform:
- Engineering — frontend (Next.js/React), backend (Go), mobile apps.
- Streaming and infrastructure — low latency, edge networking, reliability.
- Moderation and safety (Trust & Safety) — content quality and safety.
- Product and marketing — growing the offering, reach and working with camera hosts.
