How to start watching and following channels
LookCam lets you watch live streams and recordings (VOD) without an account — but creating one unlocks chat, following, and notifications. Here are the basics.
Creating an account
Click “Log in” in the top-right corner and choose “Create account”. You can sign up with an email address or a Google account. Once you confirm your email, your account is ready.
Finding channels
Use the search bar or browse categories on the homepage. Every tile shows a thumbnail, the stream title, and a LIVE indicator if the channel is currently broadcasting. Click a tile to open the player.
Following a channel
On a channel page, click “Follow”. Followed channels appear in your sidebar and move to the top of the list when they go live. Following is free and you can unfollow at any time.
Notifications
In your account settings you can turn on notifications for when followed channels go live. You can choose browser, email, or (in the mobile app) push notifications.
